House rules to keep the Kindify community safe, clean, and useful for everyone.
By using the Kindify platform, you agree to the rules below. Please read them carefully to understand how responsibility works within our community.
1. Kindify's Role (Connecting Platform)
Kindify is strictly an intermediary (Social Marketplace). We provide the technology through which users can find and communicate with each other.
- Kindify does not own, physically inspect, or store the items shown on the site.
- Kindify does not guarantee the condition, functionality, or safety of donated items.
- Transactions (exchanges/donations) happen exclusively between users. Any agreement is strictly between the giver and the recipient.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy (Prohibited)
For everyone's safety, it is strictly forbidden to post, request, or offer the following categories of items:
Any listing that violates these rules will be removed immediately, and the user's account will be permanently blocked. Legal responsibility in case of an incident falls exclusively on the user who posted it.
3. Delivery and Shipping
The Kindify platform does not provide its own courier services. The shipping method (in-person handoff, mail, courier, bus) and covering transport costs will be discussed and agreed upon between users through private chat. Kindify is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or not delivered by couriers.
4. Selling is Prohibited
Kindify was born from the desire to help. It is strictly forbidden to post commercial listings or request money in exchange for items listed as a "Gift". If a user asks you for money for an item listed as a "Gift", please use the "Report Listing" button.
